Tiffany Callender, co-founder and CEO of FACE (Federation of African Canadian Economics), is a trailblazing social entrepreneur and thought leader dedicated to accelerating wealth creation for Canadians of African descent. Through FACE, Tiffany spearheads initiatives like the Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund, collaborating with the federal government to empower Black entrepreneurs with over $25 million in loans disbursed.


Recognized as one of the 100 most influential Black Canadians by Afroglobal television and honored with the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, Tiffany is a driving force in reshaping the landscape of Black entrepreneurship in Canada. With a background in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Concordia University, she brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her work.
