Her career took her across continents, from Ghana to Nigeria and Kenya, as she assumed various roles in renowned financial institutions. From her tenure as a Banking Relationship Manager at Ecobank Ghana Ltd to her pivotal role as a Senior Investment Banker at Citibank Kenya, Sheila's journey was marked by milestones of growth and achievement.
Yet, it was her time as an Assistant Vice President at Citigroup's Global Transaction Services Unit in Nigeria that served as a defining moment in her career. Here, she honed her skills in product development, marketing, and sales, laying the groundwork for her future endeavors.
Driven by a deep-rooted desire to empower women and promote financial inclusion, Sheila embarked on a new chapter in her career, founding Innovative Microfinance Ltd.
