Selorm Adadevoh's exceptional journey began with a strong educational foundation, having attended St. Peter's Boys Senior High School for his secondary education. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, and furthered his education at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, earning an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management. Early in his career, Selorm spent a decade as a technology consultant, initially at Hewlett-Packard (HP) in the UK, advising companies like Hutchison 3G, Vodafone, and FTSE 100. Later, at L.E.K. Consulting in the USA, he contributed to Mergers, Acquisitions, and Private Equity consulting projects for major companies, including United Airlines, Jetblue, Procter & Gamble, and Pfizer.


His impact continued as he assumed roles at Digicel in Haiti, rising to the position of CEO, overseeing the largest operation among Digicel's global ventures.


Selorm's leadership journey reached new heights in June 2018 when he was appointed CEO of MTN Ghana, a subsidiary of MTN Group. Notably, in December 2023, he took on the pivotal role of Chief Commercial Officer for the entire MTN Group, a testament to his outstanding leadership and strategic acumen.


Beyond the corporate realm, Selorm is actively involved in various board positions, contributing to organizations such as Women's World Banking Ghana, Sahel Grains Ltd, and Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL). His TEDx fellowship and membership in the African Leadership Network underscore his commitment to driving positive change beyond the business landscape.
