Nancy Assor Asiedu-Amrado's journey is one marked by resilience, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose. Born in Atibie-Kwahu in the Eastern Region of Ghana, she hails from Akyem Hemang in the Fanteakwa South District. Beyond her professional achievements, Nancy is deeply committed to championing the Women and Girls' Agenda. Her dedication to women's empowerment began early, as she actively encouraged young girls to take on leadership roles in school and community settings. Through initiatives like the ICT, Nancy instilled values of confidence and leadership in the next generation of women.


Volunteerism is a cornerstone of Nancy's life philosophy. On her birthdays, she directs her efforts towards supporting marginalized groups in society, donating essential supplies and providing mentorship to institutions like the Senior Correctional Institute in Accra and the Demonstration School for the Deaf in Mampong.


Her collaborations with the Ministry of Communication and Digitization further extend her reach, as she mentors girls in ICT across the country. As a leader in her field, Nancy is a staunch advocate for gender equality and inclusivity.


Her professional background as the Head of Brands and Communications at AT, formerly AirtelTigo, underscores her expertise in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, and Crisis Management.


Her notable achievements, including winning the Brand Personality of the Year 2022, attest to her exceptional leadership and impact. In her religious and social engagements, Nancy continues to serve with dedication, holding positions such as Presbyter and Vice President.
