Kiran Daswani, an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate developer, has amassed over 20 years of managerial experience across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. With expertise in business development and project management, particularly in the real estate and construction sectors, Kiran has established herself as a leading figure in the industry. Having lived and worked extensively in the Middle East and West Africa for 25 years, Kiran possesses a deep understanding of the African market. She has a successful track record in project development, including the establishment of exterior building facades and processing centers in Ghana.
As the brand custodian for ALUBOND USA in Africa, Kiran oversees operations for the world's largest building composite facades brand, with a presence in over 90 countries. Currently, she is actively involved in developing housing projects in Ghana through her company, The Greens.
Kiran's professional journey includes significant roles such as CEO of The Greens, where she spearheads real estate development initiatives, and managing partner at Alubond West Africa. In this capacity, she has led business management teams across multiple countries, overseeing asset creation, turnkey contracting, and building construction.
With a background in business consulting and market development, Kiran has held managerial positions in prestigious organizations such as Palmera FZC, REMAX CONY OVERSEAS, and VIVIENDAS NORTE, among others. She has demonstrated her leadership acumen in various roles, ranging from business strategy and development to market expansion and sales management.
Kiran's educational journey includes completing the (OPM) at Harvard Business School, further enriching her skills and knowledge in business leadership and management. Additionally, she pursued her high school education at The American School in Las Palmas de G.C, Spain.
