Ever since I was a child, numbers have been my playground. With over 20 years of experience in personal finances and more than a decade in business accounting, I decided to channel my love for numbers into something that could transform lives. It all began when I became a single mother. Like any parent, I wanted the best for my child, but I realized I was never taught how to manage my finances effectively. So, I taught myself. I crafted a financial strategy that not only provided stability for my child but also allowed my family to live freely, unbound by the restrictive templates found online.I discovered a way to openly discuss finances without judgment, and I found that by listening, understanding, and offering guidance, I could help others achieve financial freedom. At JCL Budgeting Coach, our mission is simple: to demystify financial management and provide practical tools that help our clients thrive. The path to success is rarely smooth. Starting my career at 25, in a field dominated by men, was daunting. But the real challenge wasn't my gender; it was my age and lack of experience. Yet, I was determined. By showing up on time, working hard, and maintaining a positive attitude, I climbed the corporate ladder with respect and admiration. I believe in stepping out of my comfort zone and working through challenges, no matter how tough they seem. This philosophy has shaped my leadership style and my approach to financial coaching.
