Isaac's journey began on the rugby field, representing Austria's Under 18 national team and coaching basketball while also engaging in winter sports like skiing and snowboarding. A true Renaissance man, he explored his creative side as a musician, producer, DJ, and actor, participating in live performance art at prestigious venues like the London Portrait Gallery. His passion for travel took him across continents, earning him invaluable insights into diverse cultures and perspectives.
Armed with a computer science degree from Warwick University and a master's in Strategy, Innovation, and Management Control from Vienna University of Economics and Business, Isaac embarked on a multifaceted career journey. From his early days as a Technology Scout to his role as a business developer for tech startups, Isaac demonstrated an innate ability to identify opportunities and drive impactful change.
As the National Project Coordinator for Ghana's Tech Sector and founder of The Innovation Spark, Isaac plays a pivotal role in shaping the African startup ecosystem. His dynamic leadership has empowered over 25 tech startups and 20 IT BPO companies to scale and internationalize their businesses, while his innovation consulting agency fosters ideation and implementation among clients. In addition to his professional endeavors, Isaac is a passionate advocate for capacity development, coaching, and training. He has collaborated with various organizations, universities, and event organizers to design and deliver entrepreneurship workshops, incubator programs, and corporate retreats, imparting invaluable knowledge and skills to aspiring entrepreneurs and industry professionals alike.
Isaac's impact extends beyond business and entrepreneurship, as he is also an executive producer and angel investor in creative initiatives across film and music. A sought-after public speaker, he shares his insights and expertise on agriculture, business, creative arts, trade, and technology sectors, inspiring audiences with his compelling vision for the future.
