This venture marked the beginning of her pioneering efforts in the culinary world, leading to the creation of Dicta Yoghurt, Dicta Bakery, and Dicta Cuisine—a specialized catering enterprise tailored to meet the unique needs of the oil and gas industry. This endeavor paved the way for a successful career in the realm of flavors.
Benedicta's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Rivers State University of Science and Technology. The analytical skills she acquired have proven invaluable in her culinary endeavors, enabling her to approach cooking with precision and creativity.
In 2016, Benedicta broadened her culinary horizons by founding Tastebudz Eastern n Riverine Cuisine, a food catering company based in Lagos.
