Content & Digital Creator | Storyteller | Brand Strategist

Product Owner/Scrum Master | Agile | Theatre Practitioner

I am Esinam Batali, a creator and storyteller with a strong background in brand strategy. I excel at activating people, concepts, and plans, which has allowed me to work in various capacities in different fields. Currently, I am in an exciting role where I help talented individuals align their fame with brand values in a mutually beneficial relationship. I also help brands make the most out of their social media marketing efforts. Despite facing challenges such as a late diagnosis of ADHD, I am determined to succeed and have learned to manage it day by day, using my diagnosis as both a superpower and a learning experience.

What were the biggest initial hurdles you faced and how did you overcome them?

For the past 5 years, I have been working to start my career and have learned a lot through this journey. One of the main hurdles I have faced is finding the right fit for my skills and passions. Initially, I thought many different opportunities were the right fit for me, but eventually realized that only one company, Lynx, felt like home. Now, my career path is better defined, and I am excited to continue growing and learning at Lynx.

What advice do you have for young people locally and internationally

who are just starting out in their careers or pursuing their passions?

It is important not to be afraid to try new things and explore different options if something isn't working out. Remember that nothing is permanent, and it is always worth putting in your best effort, no matter the situation. Be open to new opportunities and don't be afraid to take risks. With hard work and determination, you can achieve your goals and find success.
