Starting as an A&E Doctor at the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital NHS Trust, Elikem's commitment to quality healthcare led him to become the Managing Director of Nyaho Medical Centre, where he pioneers transformative initiatives. His dedication extends beyond the medical realm, as seen in his role as Ghana Chapter President of the Stanford Seed Transformation Network.


Elikem's professional journey is marked by numerous accolades, including serving as a Member of YPO and chairing YPO Ghana Integrated Chapter. His TEDx talk, "To believe in better," underscores his passion for improving healthcare accessibility in Africa.


Beyond his professional endeavors, Elikem's commitment to personal growth is evident in his pursuit of executive education, including programs at London Business School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. With a Master Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Clinical Practice from Edge Hill University, Elikem's expertise is multifaceted.
