Growing up in a bustling household as the third youngest of six siblings, Denise learned the value of perseverance and ambition from an early age. Raised in a tight-knit community, she dreamed of creating her own space—a dream that would ultimately shape her future endeavors.
After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Valdosta State University and later pursuing dual Master of Business Administration degrees with a focus on International Business and Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Clayton State University, Denise embarked on a path that would merge her passion for business with her innate entrepreneurial spirit.
Denise's journey into real estate began while attending graduate school, where she obtained her real estate license and gained invaluable experience as an Agent Services Coordinator. Despite the demands of motherhood and academic pursuits, Denise remained steadfast in her commitment to achieving her goals.
Following a brief stint in corporate America, Denise made the bold decision to pursue her lifelong passion for real estate full-time. In 2016, she obtained her broker's license and immersed herself in the dynamic world of real estate brokerage, quickly rising through the ranks to become an Associate Broker for a thriving Atlanta-based firm.
Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a desire to create meaningful impact, Denise co-founded her own real estate brokerage, Williams & Co International Realty, LLC, in 2018. With a focus on providing exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships, the firm quickly gained recognition as a leader in the industry.
