Andrina Coleman | Ghana | Best Version Of Yourself

Health and Wellness Coach | Interior Designer | Entrepreneur I’m Andrina Coleman, a health and wellness coach with a specialty in pre and post natal fitness. I started the FitWitAndi Studio and The Well Mama Project, to assist women elevate their physical and mental wellbeing. A mum of two toddlers, the area of my work I enjoy most is postnatal rehabilitation with respect to fitness . It’s been eight years for me in the fitness industry and my biggest hurdle has been challenging the culture of inactivity in Ghana. I’m however pleased to say that great progressive strides are being made in that respect, as the level of interest in all things health related is on the rise. This makes me truly excited about our future.

I have come to find that it’s never too late to start your journey to wellness. With that I aim to empower families, through mothers, to live a holistic lifestyle, thereby creating healthier communities. I truly believe ‘A healthy world starts with a healthy mother.’ I am an avid nature lover and a thalassophile. Any activity that combines the outdoors and working out is gold in my eyes. I also love to express my creativity through free-lance interior designing.

What books are you currently reading?

Two books I have read recently that I would highly recommend are The Champion's Mind by Jim Afremow and The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel. They are absolutely game changers that would revolutionize one’s thinking.

What advice would you give to an upcoming youth or talents locally and internationally?

It will be to find a mentor who will provide you with the tools, guidance, support, and feedback you need to thrive in your career. A mentor gets to know your strengths and weaknesses over time and can play a critical role in helping you become the best version of yourself.
