Marty's creative direction for events and daily content involves over 100 pieces of collateral monthly.
Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Marty excelled in corporate roles, serving as Product Innovation Brand Manager at CiCi's Pizza, Brand Marketing Manager at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, and National Marketing Manager at RAVE Restaurant Group. Her diverse experience equipped her with insights into marketing, project management, and brand strategy.
In a compelling career shift, Marty transitioned from corporate to entrepreneurship, founding Boss Women Media. Her dedication to empowering women led to the creation of Black Magic Reimagined, an annual business summit, and the recently launched children's apparel and book brand, Elle Olivia.
