Once faced with a challenging crossroads at 33, Lisa found herself grappling with the aftermath of a personal upheaval—a broken marriage and five children to care for, all while earning a meager $9 an hour with just a high school diploma. But rather than letting these hardships define her, Lisa decided to rewrite her narrative. Her journey from uncertainty to success is nothing short of remarkable. Determined to change her life, Lisa pursued higher education, earning her Bachelor’s degree and, with the guidance of mentors, landed a temporary position at Wells Fargo. Her ascent from a call center agent to a senior leadership role there was meteoric, demonstrating her unyielding commitment and extraordinary potential. Lisa’s quest for growth didn’t stop there. She became one of the first 24 individuals in the U.S. to earn a Master of Science in Executive Coaching, further solidifying her expertise. In 2016, she founded Lisa Medley Executive Coaching, channeling her personal journey into a powerful practice dedicated to uplifting Black women leaders globally.
