Meet Kofi Anku, a visionary real estate developer, shareholder, and board member of Ayi Mensah Park, a groundbreaking 200-unit townhouse community at the base of the Aburi Hills in Ghana. As a partner in this joint venture between BlackIvy’s IndigoHomes and Mercury Estates, Kofi spearheads Ghana's first neighborhood-scale, townhouse development, optimizing land use and reducing per-unit costs.
In addition to his role at Ayi Mensah Park, Kofi serves as the Executive Director of Volta Ghana Investment Company, contributing to land development in Pokuase, Aburi, and Batsonaa for over a decade.
Pokuase Heights, a gated community under his guidance, offers high-quality residences with modern designs, community water supply, solar power, and 24-hour security, just 20km from Accra. Kofi's impact extends to agriculture as the Executive Director of Premium Vegetables Ltd, where he pioneered Ghana’s largest commercial-scale tomato greenhouse in 2015.
This 5,000 square meter facility in the Aburi mountains produces high-quality tomatoes, cucumbers, and sweet peppers, supplying supermarkets and restaurants in Accra. Committed to affordable housing and healthcare, Kofi is an executive at Africa Building Partners (ABP), overseeing projects like the Mother and Baby unit at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Right to Dream Football Academy and the Board of Directors of the Ghana Wildlife Society.
A graduate of Columbia University, Kofi Anku is dedicated to nation-building through real estate, advocating for affordable housing, and creating sustainable communities in Ghana.
