Kelley Stevens | USA | Business Growth

Private Practice Pro | Therapist | Consultant

Kelley Stevens is a dynamic force in the world of mental health and business development, passionately empowering therapists to break barriers and achieve success. With a decade of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Santa Barbara, California, Kelley has become a trailblazer in helping therapists build thriving private practices. Kelley's journey began in the bustling city of Los Angeles, where she served as the marketing director for a large outpatient program. Her knack for business growth was undeniable, and after successfully scaling the organization, Kelley decided to open her own private practice—a six-figure success that set the stage for what was to come.

Life, however, had other plans. Kelley relocated not once but twice, each time opening new private practices that thrived just as much as her first. Now settled in Santa Barbara, she’s a private practice consultant, guiding therapists through the process of building successful, cash-pay practices with her signature step-by-step approach. For Kelley, making six figures doesn’t have to be complicated, and she’s made it her mission to prove that to her clients.

In addition to her consulting work, Kelley is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University and Antioch University, where she equips the next generation of therapists with the tools they need to succeed. Whether teaching courses on practicum preparation or addressing the challenges of treating substance abuse, Kelley’s dedication to education shines through.

Outside of her professional life, Kelley loves spending time with her family. When she's not empowering therapists, you can find her enjoying playful moments with her toddler or savoring quality time with her husband.

From directing clinical outreach to facilitating therapy groups for teens, Kelley’s experience is vast and varied, making her a trusted guide for those navigating the complex world of mental health. With a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and a passion for helping others succeed, Kelley Stevens is reshaping the way therapists approach private practice, one step-by-step guide at a time.
