As a Founding Member and Director of Programs at Melanin Medics, Khadija is dedicated to addressing issues of equality, diversity, and inclusion within the medical profession. Through her work, she serves as a beacon of hope for aspiring Black and Ethnic minority medics, students, and doctors, advocating tirelessly for their voices to be heard and their contributions to be recognized.


Khadija's impact extends far beyond the borders of the United Kingdom. With a special interest in global health, she has dedicated herself to empowering young girls in Ghana and across Africa, inspiring them to pursue their dreams and break barriers.


Her list of accolades is as impressive as it is extensive. From being invited to the White House by Michelle Obama to receiving the Women in STEM Award from HRH Princess Anne, Khadija's achievements speak volumes about her dedication and commitment to excellence.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery, earned with distinction, and continues to pursue advanced training in global health.
