B.You: Berla initiated the B.You project, a mentorship and career guidance program for young women. The project, started six years ago, focuses on instilling confidence, discipline, and an entrepreneurial spirit in participants. It provides educational scholarships and internship opportunities to young women, aiming to make informed decisions about their lives and careers.
