Fueled by an insatiable passion for the fast-paced restaurant industry, D'Arcy honed his skills in various kitchens in Whistler, weaving his culinary tapestry. Returning to Toronto, D'Arcy furthered his culinary education at George Brown College, contributing his expertise to the opening of Trios Bistro under the guidance of Chef Morgan Wilson and Chef Rendall Mercer. The allure of Whistler's majestic mountains called him back in 2011, where he assumed the role of Head Chef at Steeps on Whistler Mountain. Here, the inspiration drawn from the breathtaking surroundings infused a new dimension into his culinary artistry.
