Graduating with a 2:1 grade, she was deeply involved in student life, serving as President of the Jesus and Ministries Committee and a Tenor Leader for Gospel Rhythms. These roles sharpened her leadership skills and deepened her understanding of the intersection between youth experiences and faith, hosting engaging weekly discussions that connected biblical teachings with real-life challenges. After university, Ama’s career took off with a mix of diverse experiences that enriched her professional path. At Ricoh Arena in Coventry, she managed various roles from VIP host to cashier, honing her skills in customer service, time management, and problem-solving. This experience was followed by a stint in hospitality and events planning, where she helped organize successful gospel events, further developing her organizational and communication prowess.
The turning point came when Ama channeled her personal struggles with hair and skin issues into a groundbreaking venture. After discovering that harsh treatments only worsened her conditions, she turned to natural solutions, leading to the birth of Plantmade.
