Her journey began as an administrative assistant at the Electricity Company of Ghana Limited, where she meticulously studied organizational frameworks and managerial approaches, laying the foundation for her illustrious career. In 2005, Mrs. Agyepong embarked on her entrepreneurial odyssey by founding CYNJOSCO Ventures, which burgeoned into a conglomerate encompassing Haven Events, Haven Christian Guest House, Haven Trading, Shiloah Meat & Fisheries Ltd, Haven Realties, and Haven Crystals Travels & Tours. These ventures serve as a testament to her vision, tenacity, and commitment to excellence.

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Mrs. Agyepong is a champion of social causes.

In 2013, she established the American International School (AIS), formerly known as Liberty American School, to provide a nurturing environment where students can develop strong moral and ethical values. Additionally, her passion for uplifting the less fortunate led to the creation of the Liberty House Foundation, which provides educational scholarships and vocational training to widows and needy students, instilling Christian values along the way.

Mrs. Agyepong's impact extends beyond the business and philanthropic realms. As a Strategic Advisor to Zoomlion Ghana Ltd., she played a pivotal role in the company's expansion into other African countries, contributing to Ghana's waste management and environmental sanitation sector.

Her academic achievements mirror her professional success. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Liberty University, a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK), and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Mrs. Agyepong is a lifelong learner dedicated to excellence in both the boardroom and the classroom.
